MONIC - Notes for Domain Name Registration

1. Logon your account in the MONIC website (http://www.monic.net.mo), select "Register Domain" from the drop down menu "Domain Management", and fill in the related information;
2. Download and print the declaration of agreement with your organization's letterhead paper, complete the declaration of agreement with your organization's authorized signature and chop, and upload as attachment; Meanwhile, please also upload the registration document of your organization from the Macao Government, or other documents required by the domain name registration regulation such as License for Provision of Internet Service, trademark registration, or authorization letter, etc. (Please refer to "Required documentary of domain name registration")
3. Prepare a cheque/bank draft payable to "University of Macau", the registration fee for each domain name is MOP200 / HKD200 / USD25, and the bank charge for each oversea bank cheque / bank draft should be included in the payment (the bank charge for each Hong Kong (HKD) bank cheque / bank draft is HKD50, and for each oversea (USD) bank cheque / bank draft is USD8, the amount of bank charge is subject to decision of receiving bank).
4. Please send the (1) declaration of agreement with organization's authorized signature and chop, (2) payment cheque / bank draft to the address stated below in person or by registered mail within 5 working days, otherwise the application will be considered as invalid.
