MONIC - Notes for Domain Name Renewal

1. Logon your account in the MONIC website (http://www.monic.net.mo), select "My Domains" from the drop down menu "Domain Management", select the domain name to be renewed and click on the "Renew" button;
2. Select the number of year to be renewed, upload the required documents for domain name renewal such as registration document of your organization from the Macao Government, or other documents required by the domain name registration regulation such as License for Provision of Internet Service, trademark registration, or authorization letter, etc. Required documentary for domain name renewal is the same as that of domain name registration. (Please refer to "Required documentary of domain name registration")
3. Prepare a cheque/bank draft payable to "University of Macau", the renewal fee for each domain name is MOP200 / HKD200 / USD25, and the bank charge for each oversea bank cheque / bank draft should be included in the payment (the bank charge for each Hong Kong (HKD) bank cheque / bank draft is HKD50, and for each oversea (USD) bank cheque / bank draft is USD8, the amount of bank charge is subject to decision of receiving bank).
4. Please send the payment cheque / bank draft to the address stated below in person or by registered mail before the expiry date of the related domain name, otherwise the related domain name registration will be invalidated.
